Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation
Operate VMC machines equipped with FANUC and Mazatrol controls.
Handle machines from Yamazaki Mazak (Mazatrol system).
Perform machine setup, tool loading, and workpiece clamping.
Load and unload components safely and efficiently.

Programming & Setup
Edit and run CNC programs using Fanuc G-code and Mazatrol conversational programming.
Set tool offsets, work offsets, and cutting parameters.
Perform dry runs and trial cuts before production.

Quality Control
Inspect machined parts using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.
Ensure components meet drawing and tolerance requirements.
Maintain surface finish and dimensional accuracy.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting




Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify and resolve minor machine, tooling, and programming issues.
Coordinate with maintenance for major breakdowns.

Production & Documentation
Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection.
Maintain job cards, production reports, and inspection records.
Follow safety rules, SOPs, and company policies.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
