Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding course offerings, career opportunities, and industry trends.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads effectively.
Conduct career guidance sessions, presentations, and one-to-one counseling.
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams for student engagement activities.
Stay updated on animation, VFX, and multimedia industry career paths.

Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (an education background in counselling/management will be a plus).
Prior experience as an academic counselor/career advisor/education counselor preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Punjabi preferred).
Robust convincing and presentation skills.
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
