Key Responsibilities:
Travel to various high schools to provide on-site robotics instruction for students.
Develop and implement engaging, hands-on lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational objectives.
Teach robotics concepts, including programming, engineering, and design principles, using a variety of teaching methods and tools to ensure student comprehension and engagement.
Provide guidance and support to students as they work on individual and team-based projects, ensuring a protected and positive learning environment.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and understanding of the material.
Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to coordinate schedules, plan events, and share feedback on the program's effectiveness.
Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in robotics and STEM education, integrating new ideas and technologies into the curriculum as appropriate.
Assist in the organization and preparation of robotics competitions, workshops,



and other extracurricular activities.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Ensure that all equipment and materials are properly maintained and in good working order.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of robotics concepts, programming languages, and design principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop cutting-edge lesson plans and teaching strategies.
