Job Description
Must have end-to-end implementation knowledge of at least two Siebel upgrades including the latest versions IP20 and IP21.
Must have solid knowledge of Siebel Architecture of IP20 and the latest versions.
Must have solid knowledge of Siebel Migration Application for the code deployments from DR to RR environments.
Must have experience in performing RRcleanup, Workspace Flattening, and Full Publish activities.
Must have experience with Siebel file system partitioning and file system cleanup activities.
Must have experience in performing daily monitoring and maintenance activities of PROD and Lower environments.
Must have experience working on Disaster Recovery activities.




Must have experience in upscaling the Siebel environments like adding more resources and adding recent servers according to the business requirements.
Hands-on experience in configuring JMS queues in Siebel.
Hands-on experience with the incident management tool - Service now.
Hands-on experience in shell scripting to automate various monitoring and support activities.
Hands-on experience in executing the DB scripts.
Hands-on experience working on AIX platform.
Hands-on experience of working in an agile project.
