Section Management: Oversees a designated station (e.g., Saucier, Poissonnier, Entremetier) and ensures all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.
Food Preparation & Service: Prepares food items, including cooking, plating, and garnishing, while maintaining high quality.
Leadership & Training: Directs kitchen helpers, stewards, and Commis chefs; assists with training and daily briefings.
Inventory & Hygiene: Monitors stock levels, reports shortages, and adheres strictly to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Collaboration: Coordinates with the Sous Chef and other stations to ensure smooth service flow.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
