We are looking for: Product Owner - Proposal

You’ll make an impact by:
Work closely with relevant partners, Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts.
Work closely with the development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and efficiently implemented, resolving bottlenecks or conflicts to help the team progress.
Take over requirements from Product Management and backlog them into development planning, coordinating the technical implementation of requirements with the development teams.
Maintain the product backlog with priorities defined by Product Management / SME / Sponsors and clarify requirements in detail with all involved partners.




Communicate with all relevant partners to ensure product goals and requirements are understood and met.
Drive / Actively participate in sprint planning, sprint review meetings, and team meetings.
Ensure quality by evaluating results of iterations and either approve / accept or reject results based on DONEness criteria
Analyze change request entries and prioritize with other product backlog items
Support effort estimations of development teams
Provide input for project planning & execution
Set up and maintain product risk management, considering quality attributes such as usability, security, safety, regulatory and legal aspects among others.
Continuously monitor the product's performance, including user satisfaction and adoption metrics, to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
