Opening for Service Advisor for Kumar Automobiles
Attend to customer, explain them what work needs to be done in vehicle.
Create Job cards for work to be done.
Ensure all work is completed, do final verification of vehicles.
Handle any customer complaints or issues and resolve them.
Conduct warranty claim process and any other work related to workshop.
Handle accident jobs.
Work towards increasing workshop revenue.
Technical knowledge of Two
Wheeler or Automobiles required.
Timing for Service Advisor is 8am to 6:30pm generally, depending on work in Workshop that day.
Note:
Mostly Preferred Immediate Joiner only
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
