Job Purpose

This role involves continuous follow-ups, documentation, approvals, and payment coordination over long-duration projects (several months to years). It is a process-driven,



office-based role that requires discipline, organisation, and solid communication.

This role exists to ensure that ongoing projects are serviced professionally, systematically, and in strict alignment with the company’s Project Management System (PMS), while allowing the Business Development team to focus exclusively on recent order acquisition.

Duties & Responsibilities
Regular follow-ups with clients, architects, and internal teams
Tracking multiple tasks and approvals at the same time
Updating quotations due to design or scope changes
Coordinating shade approvals, hardware approvals, and scope confirmations
Following up for payments linked to supply milestones
Ensuring every step is completed as per the Project Management System (PMS)
