Handling ROC Annual Compliance-related work, including preparing and filing annual returns, maintenance of statutory records, and other related tasks.- Conducting GST audits, filing GST returns, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations.-
Performing Tax Audits, including verifying tax returns, conducting tax planning, and advising clients on tax-related matters.- Liaising with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders on financial matters.

Requirements:
Must be a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary.- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ROC Annual Compliance, GST, and Tax Audits.-




Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
