ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1️. Press Setup & Operation
Assist in setting up digital printing presses according to job specifications
Load paper, ink/toner, and other materials into the machine
Adjust print settings (color, alignment, resolution, speed)
Monitor press during operation to ensure consistent output
Start, stop, and manage print runs safely

2️. Quality Control
Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, alignment, and defects
Compare output against proofs or job specifications
Identify and report printing errors or mechanical issues
Maintain high standards of print quality

3️. Machine Maintenance
Clean and maintain press equipment regularly
Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment issues
Replace consumables (toner, ink, drums, rollers, etc.)
Report major mechanical problems to senior operator or technician

4️. Job Preparation & Workflow Support
Review job tickets and production schedules
Verify digital files before printing
Coordinate with prepress and finishing departments
Ensure correct materials are used for each job
Meet production deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
