PREPARATION FOR INTERVIEW:

Have pointers about how to handle various situations related to student hostels such as minute quarrels, and how would you counsel a young chap about their behavior.




Thoughts about how behavior-reflection and then reform can be inculcated in young kids about their various adventures in childhood.
Thoughts about how childhood ends up becoming an integral part of one’s adulthood.
Your own personal experiences about some valuable and bad instances which have shaped your character today. (ability to self-reflect on your end will decide your capability to help the young ones do the same)
Be humble in sharing your own routines and schedules in life which benefit you.
Bring ideas to the table about what habits in daily lives of children in a Boarding school can benefit the children and also mention ways in which such habits can be inculcated in children.
