Key Responsibilities
Monitor quality at all stages including fabric inspection
Lead and supervise quality control teams, line inspectors, and final inspection teams.
Conduct in-line, end-line, and final inspections to maintain consistent product quality.
Analyze production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection rates.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and technical departments to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and factory audit requirements.
Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and performance analysis.
Train production and quality staff on garment quality standards and inspection methods.
Fabric Sourcing & Procurement: Purchasing fabrics from suppliers, requesting color standards, and managing hand-offs of swatches, print layouts, and mill cards.




Quality Control & Inspection: Inspecting fabric quality for defects, color, density, weight, and print quality before cutting, and managing fabric-related claims.
Inventory Management: Managing fabric storage, tracking inventory levels, and coordinating delivery to the cutting department.
Fabric Optimization: Ensuring minimum wastage through effective inventory control and assisting in cutting room processes.

Scheduling & Coordination: Creating time and action (T&A;) calendars for fabric availability to ensure timely production, particularly for woven or knit fabrics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,049.44 per month
