Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, storage, distribution and dispatching of cutting tools and related products, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
Sales Oversight: Helping in on time delivery and accurate delivery of exact required items to the customers for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train store staff, fostering a cooperative environment that emphasizes product knowledge and excellent customer service.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Store Operations: Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, physical stock checks every week and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Matcut has more than 7k line items in ready stock varying stock of each item from 1 pc to more than 5k each.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status,



and other relevant metrics for senior management.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in store management, preferably within the industrial tools or manufacturing sector.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with cutting tools, machining systems, and automation solutions is highly desirable.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in local languages and English.
Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
