The Role

We are looking for a technically sound and proactive Interior Designer & Site Lead who is as comfortable behind a workstation as they are on a construction site. This role is designed for a "problem-solver" who can translate complex 2D designs into flawless physical realities. You will own the project lifecycle—from GFC drawings to the final quality check. This is a fantastic prospect to work on bespoke home interiors and contribute to creating spaces that inspire.





Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Drafting:
Develop comprehensive 2D floor plans, sections, and detailed elevations using AutoCAD.
Create GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawings with high precision to minimize on-site errors.
Integrate modular furniture technicalities into bespoke designs.
Assist in 3D visualization (SketchUp/3ds Max) to help clients visualize the end product.
End-to-End Site Management:
Take full ownership of the site: Ensure design intent is maintained from civil work to final styling.
Supervise and coordinate multiple specialized teams:Carpentry, False Ceiling, Civil, Electrical, and Modular installers.:
Conduct rigorous Quality Checks (QC) at every stage of execution.
Strategic Solutioning & Coordination:
Provide "out-of-the-box" technical solutions when on-site challenges arise.
Liaise with vendors for material procurement.
