As an Associate in the team, you’ll join a respected and high-performing group that are trusted counselors on Communications strategy, reporting to the head of GT Communications for India and APAC and accountable to the head of Communications for Consumer & Community Banking’s (CCB) Product & Experience and Technology (PXT) organization. Primary responsibility for this role is to develop and deliver communications strategies that reach across CCB’s PXT India organizations. As a member of the team, you’ll join a respected and high-performing group that are trusted counselors on Communications strategy.
You’re also a solid writer who tells stories that move people and someone who can manage multiple projects seamlessly.
The role is based either in Mumbai or Bengaluru and will work closely with CCB PXT teams, GT Comms team based in India, and the CCB PXT Communications team based in the United States.
Job responsibilities
Supporting multiple senior executives with communications needs, including executive messages, site visits,
presentations and town halls, in order to connect with their teams and advance business goals.
Creating and executing strategic communications plans, including measuring success.
Developing and managing communications tactics and channels as needed to support the strategy internally and collaborating with external communications team to amplify the story externally.
Seeking out and writing engaging and compelling stories with a human connection.
Partnering with internal/external partners to drive innovation, recent ideas and better ways of communicating, including identifying areas of efficiency and ways to execute these responsibilities more simply and effectively.
Staying current with and providing guidance on emerging communication methods, patterns, techniques and technologies/tools.
