Job description:
Plan, organize, and supervise plant operations to meet production targets
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Monitor daily production schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
Supervise and motivate plant staff and operators.
Conduct training for skill enhancement and compliance
Manage shift schedules, attendance, and discipline.

Technical Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of plant operations, process control systems, and equipment design.
Experience with SCADA systems, instrumentation, and automation.
Familiar with P&ID;, ISO standards, and preventive maintenance systems.




Understanding of safety standards (OSHA, ISO 9001) and environmental compliance.
Proficient in data analysis, technical documentation, and ERP/CMMS tools.
⁠Knowledge about of Distillation columns, Azeotrope, Batch reactor, Fractional Distillation column

Education Required:
B.E chemical
Minimum 1 year experience

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
