The Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising all in office interior finishing works to ensure timely completion, high-quality standards, and compliance with approved drawings and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise interior works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, glass, and MEP coordination.
Manage subcontractors and site labor teams.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor daily progress and report delays.
Conduct quality inspections and prepare snag lists.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Check material deliveries and ensure proper storage.
Maintain daily site records and progress reports.

Qualifications & Requirements




Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
Robust knowledge of finishing works and materials.
Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings.
Good leadership and communication skills.
