Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks on raw milk, in-process, and finished dairy products
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP practices in plant operations
Perform basic lab tests (MBRT, fat, SNF, acidity, etc.)
Maintain QA/QC documentation and records
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP)
Assist in audits and quality inspections
Identify and report deviations in quality parameters
Requirements:
B.Tech / B.Sc / Diploma in Dairy Technology / Food Technology
Mandatory internship in dairy or food industry
Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes and lab testing
Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI)
Valuable attention to detail and documentation skills
