Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
Plan and allocate daily housekeeping duties across all areas to the team.
Conduct staff briefings, attendance tracking, and shift planning.
Monitor room readiness for arrivals, occupied rooms, and priority service requests.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all rooms, treatment areas, and public spaces.
Conduct routine inspections and maintain housekeeping checklists.
Guest & Patient Experience
Prioritize service requests and ensure timely room servicing.
Interact with guests/patients to gather feedback and improve service quality.
Ensure readiness of rooms and spaces for VIP and special cases.
Facility Hygiene & Maintenance Coordination
Perform daily rounds to ensure overall cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas.
Identify maintenance issues, coordinate with engineering teams, and follow up for closure.
Ensure all equipment and utilities are functional and maintained.
Clinical & Treatment Area Hygiene
Ensure readiness and cleanliness of treatment rooms before every session.




Maintain strict hygiene standards in preparation rooms, consultation areas, and clinical zones.
Monitor cleanliness of high-risk areas including washrooms, therapy spaces, and common areas.
NABH Compliance & Documentation
Maintain and monitor all housekeeping checklists and audit records.
Ensure adherence to NABH standards in housekeeping, infection control, and safety practices.
Handle documentation related to SOPs, agreements, and compliance records.
Conduct internal audits and ensure closure of observations.
Biomedical & Waste Management
Supervise segregation, collection, storage, and disposal of biomedical and general waste.
Ensure compliance with color coding, labeling, QR coding, and weight tracking protocols.
Maintain records and registers as per regulatory requirements.
Laundry & Linen Management
Oversee daily collection, tracking, and delivery of laundry.
