Role Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic retail sales executive to work at our bakery and coffee counter. This role is ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys interacting with people and wants to learn about good food and coffee.

You will help customers choose bakery items and coffee, handle billing, and keep the counter clean and organised. No deep experience is required—we will train you.

Key Responsibilities




Greet customers and take orders for bakery items and coffee
Explain products in simple terms and help customers choose
Prepare or assist in serving basic coffee beverages as trained
Handle billing and cash or digital payments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter
Ensure proper display and rotation of bakery products
Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team for stock and orders

What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates or undergraduates welcome
Prior retail or cafe experience is a plus but not required
Comfortable talking to customers
Willingness to learn about bakery items and coffee
Punctual, honest, and responsible

What This Role Is Not
Not a back-office or desk role
Not suitable for someone uncomfortable interacting with customers
