CoPlay (powered by Hudle) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 250+ sports clubs across the country over the next few years.

About the Role?

Receptionist / Front Desk Executivewill be a dynamic and people-oriented to manage the front desk operations at one of our key venue.

This role goes beyond traditional reception duties, you will be the face of the venue, responsible for creating a welcoming environment, engaging with customers, and contributing to increasing on-ground footfall and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and customers at the venue
Ensure a professional, warm, and engaging front desk experience:
Actively interact with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and assist accordingly
Contribute to driving footfall and repeat visits through strong interpersonal engagement
Manage bookings, inquiries,



and customer coordination at the front desk
Maintain smooth day-to-day front desk operations in coordination with internal teams
Take initiative to enhance customer experience at the venue
Ensure the front desk and reception area are well-maintained and presentable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi Mandatory):
Confident, extroverted personality with the ability to engage easily with people
A proactive and self-driven approach to work
High level of ownership and accountability:
Customer-first mindset with a focus on experience and relationship building:
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, on-ground workplace:
Prior experience in front desk / hospitality / customer-facing roles is an advantage
