Job Title: Accountant

Location: Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh

Experience: 1–3 years preferred( Freshers can also apply)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our office in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, GST-related work, and supporting the overall smooth functioning and management of the office.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting procedures, GST filing, documentation, and basic office administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
- Handle GST preparation and filing, including maintaining necessary GST records.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of office records.
- Monitor office expenses and maintain related records.
- Handle general office administration and ensure the overall office is properly maintained and functioning smoothly.
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, customers, and other parties as required.
- Manage office supplies, basic administrative requirements,



and routine office work.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: B.Com / equivalent qualification.
- Good practical knowledge of GST and GST filing is essential.
- Knowledge of Tally/Accounting software and MS Excel preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting and office administration will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Should be responsible, honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting and office-related activities.

Salary will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and suitability for the position.
