Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹42,000 per month + incentives

Target: $10,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for an Academic Counselor who can connect with international students/parents, understand their academic requirements, and guide them toward the right learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about academic programs and courses.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective parents/students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with mentors and the operations team for smooth student onboarding.




- Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and counseling skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
