nWe are looking for a highly analytical and growth-oriented professional to drive Kapiva's Flipkart business through marketplace advertising and performance-led growth initiatives. This role requires ownership of revenue growth, category performance, visibility, and retail media investments across Flipkart. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating as a business owner, using advertising, search visibility, and marketplace insights to unlock sustainable

nKey Responsibilities

- Own revenue growth and marketplace performance for assigned categories on Flipkart.n
- Manage and optimize Flipkart Ads across PLA, Search Ads, Product Context Ads, Display Ads, and other available ad formats.n
- Drive category growth through efficient budget allocation, bid optimization, keyword expansion, and campaign scaling.n
- Improve product visibility, share of voice, search rankings, and conversion performance across priority SKUs.n
- Analyze category, product, keyword,



and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.n
- Develop and execute growth plans for hero SKUs, growth SKUs, and current launches.n
- Lead media planning and execution for major sale events such as Big Billion Days, GOAT Sale, and platform-led campaigns.n
- Monitor marketplace trends, category shifts, and competitive activity to drive proactive actions.n
- Track and improve key business metrics including Revenue, GMV, ROAS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, Organic Uplift, and Category Share.n
- Build business reviews and actionable recommendations for leadership.n

- 1-3 years of experience in Flipkart Ads, marketplace growth, category growth, or marketplace performance marketing.n
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through marketplace advertising.n
- Strong understanding of Flipkart ecosystem, retail media, and marketplace growth levers.n
