Job DescriptionRole Summary
nThe Coordinator – Student Affairs & Alumni Relations will manage day-to-day student affairs operations and drive alumni engagement initiatives, serving as a key link between the university, current students, and the alumni community. The role requires close coordination across departments to ensure smooth handling of student welfare matters and sustained alumni relationship-building.
nKey Responsibilities
nStudent Affairs

- Serve as first point of contact for student grievances, welfare concerns, and disciplinary matters, escalating as neededn
- Coordinate student clubs, societies, and campus events in partnership with respective departmentsn
- Support orientation, induction, and student engagement programsn
- Liaise with academic and administrative departments to resolve student issues promptlyn
- Maintain records related to student affairs activities and incidentsn

nAlumni Relations

- n
- Develop and maintain a structured alumni database and engagement trackern
- Plan and execute alumni events (reunions, panels,



mentorship programs, fundraising initiatives)n
- Build relationships with alumni to support placements, guest lectures, and institutional visibilityn
- Work with Marketing/Communications to feature alumni success stories and maintain alumni-facing contentn
- Support accreditation and ranking submissions requiring alumni engagement data (e.g., AACSB, QS, THE)n

nCross-functional

- Represent Student Affairs & Alumni function in institutional meetings and reportingn
- Support the Director in strategic planning related to student experience and alumni outreachn

nQualifications & Experience

- n
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related fieldn
- 3–5 years of experience in student affairs, alumni relations, or higher education administrationn
- Robust interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsn
- Comfortable workin
