- Working knowledge of PowerShell and Bash scriptingn
- Experience with extending platforms through REST API integrationsn
- Ability to translate business needs into measurable digital experience outcomesn
- Basic understanding of ITSM concepts (incident and problem management)n
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsn
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior team membersn
- Familiarity with data privacy/compliance considerations when designing investigations and reports.n
