nSemillas Fitó India is looking for passionate agriculture professionals to join our Technical Sales Team across multiple locations in India ( Multiple openings across Hyderabad, Kota, Ahmedabad, Kaithal, Varanasi and other agricultural territories in India)
nAbout the Role
nThe role focuses on farmer engagement, field demonstrations, crop trials, dealer relationship management, market development, and supporting sustainable business growth in the assigned territory.
nResponsibilities:

- n
- Drive farmer engagement through field visits, crop demos, farmer meetings, and dealer training sessionsn
- Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate product adoption, strengthen dealer networks, and support business growthn
- Execute crop trials and collect field-level performance datan
- Identify market gaps and support demonstration activities in high-potential territoriesn
- Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and internal sales teamsn
- Provide technical support on crop performance, product positioning,



and cultivation practicesn
- Update sales/field data in CRM and support reporting requirementsn
- Perform other support tasks as required by the organizationn

nQualifications:

- n
- Degree / Master's in Agriculturen
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in vegetable seeds, agri-inputs, technical sales, or market developmentn
- Strong crop and field knowledgen
- Positive farmer and dealer relationship management skillsn
- Basic IT / CRM knowledgen
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skillsn
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territoryn
