About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Design and implement growth strategies for Aveil and Ekanta.
Identify current sales channels, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
Track and achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
Drive product sales for Aveil and program/property sales for Ekanta.
Brand Positioning & Marketing Alignment
Oversee and guide digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, pricing, and promotional strategy.
Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC) and ROI on campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing agencies and internal teams to maximize brand impact.
Operations & Process Management
Streamline operations across both brands for efficiency and scalability.
Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply chain for Aveil.




Coordinate property operations, bookings, and wellness program execution for Ekanta.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards across functions.
Financial & Cost Control
Prepare monthly financial and operational performance reports.
Monitor budgets, costs, and margins to ensure profitability.
Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.
Drive accountability across teams and departments.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations).
Set KPIs, performance benchmarks, and conduct evaluations.
Foster a high-performance, results-driven work culture.
