Job Summary
We seek a visionary Chief Technology Officer to spearhead technological innovation, optimize operations, and drive product development in our architectural and construction domain. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO will align tech strategies with business goals to enhance efficiency and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a technology roadmap focused on supply chain automation, product design software, and smart manufacturing for glass and materials.
Oversee R&D; for current architectural glass technologies, including lacquered finishes, Pustkam profiles, and Lorpor hardware innovations.




Lead digital transformation initiatives like CRM integration, inventory tracking, and real-time project management tools to meet tight deadlines.
Build and manage a high-performing tech team, fostering collaboration with sales, operations, and customer service.
Ensure cybersecurity, data analytics, and scalable IT infrastructure to support nationwide project scaling.
Partner with external vendors for emerging tech like AI-driven material simulations and IoT for installations.
Monitor industry trends, competitor advancements, and provide strategic tech insights to the leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced tech certification preferred.
10+ years in technology leadership, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or materials sectors with glass/architectural focus.
