Customer Support Executive

Process: International - Chat & Voice

Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented professionals to join our International Customer Support Team. This role involves assisting global customers through chat (70%) and voice (30%), ensuring timely resolution of queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage international customer interactions via chat and voice in a qualified manner
Resolve customer issues related to bookings, payments, and account support
Provide accurate information while demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
Maintain high standards of service quality and comply with company policies
Achieve individual and team performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction




Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems

Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th / +2 / Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience:
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome
Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer support is preferred
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Solid customer handling and multitasking abilities
Basic computer proficiency
