WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A general purpose operations leader who can own an entire vertical — whether that's animal health, breeding, or nutrition — end to end. You don't need to have done this before. You do need to be the kind of person who figures things out.
A exact executor. SOPs will be provided for your vertical.



Your job is to own them completely — to the dot, every time.
Sharp enough to improve things. If you genuinely spot a better way, we want to hear it. Initiative is welcome, but execution comes first.
Obsessed with ground-level outcomes. Not in theory, not in a meeting — on the ground, with real animals, real people, and real constraints.
Ready for the rollercoaster. This is a startup. Things will go sideways. You will hold your vertical steady anyway.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

You will own everything in your vertical — from the first protocol of the day to the last data entry at night. That means setting the standard, making sure it's followed, and being accountable when it isn't. Some examples of what end-to-end ownership looks like:
Briefing your team every morning, allocating tasks, and following up to make sure nothing slips — you are the manager on the ground.
