Job Summary
We are seeking an inspiring Chief Executive Officer to lead Mulzon Technocrats Pvt Ltd through its next growth phase, driving strategic vision, operational excellence, and market expansion in the architectural and construction sector. As the top executive, you will shape company direction, foster a high-performance culture, and deliver sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the overall business strategy, including expansion into recent regions, product lines like advanced glass finishes and Pustkam profiles, and partnerships.
Oversee all departments—sales, marketing, operations, technology,



and customer service—to ensure alignment on revenue targets, tight project deadlines, and client satisfaction.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, investors, architects, developers, and suppliers in Gujarat and nationwide.
Drive financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing supply chains, recovering pending dues, and achieving aggressive growth KPIs.
Champion innovation in architectural materials, lead crisis management during high-stakes projects, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Mentor senior leadership, cultivate a family-like team culture, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor market dynamics, competitor strategies, and emerging trends to position Mulzon Technocrats as an industry leader.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA from a top institution strongly preferred
