Job Title: Delivery Executive - Furniture

This role ensures seamless last-mile delivery of furniture, prioritizing safety, customer delight, and product integrity. Executives act as brand ambassadors during installations.

Detailed Responsibilities
Pre-Delivery Prep: Verify order details, inspect furniture for defects, securely load vehicles using straps/padding, and confirm manifests against customer addresses.




Route & Status Management: Plan efficient routes via GPS/apps, provide real-time SMS/phone updates on ETAs, delays, or reroutes; aim for 95% on-time delivery.
Protected Delivery Execution: with the help of delivary team Unload/assemble furniture at customer sites (e.g., beds, sofas), use trolleys/lifts for heavy items (>30kg), and follow no-drop protocols to avoid scratches/dents.
Customer Interaction: Greet customers professionally, explain product specs (materials like wood, fabric, dimensions, warranty), demonstrate usage, and share care tips: Do's (dust weekly, use coasters); Don'ts (expose to direct sun, use harsh chemicals).
Experience Enhancement: Offer assembly assistance, handle site-specific challenges (stairs/elevators), upsell protection plans, and collect NPS feedback via app/form.
