Trainer - Solar Panel PV Installer (DDU-GKY)

Project: Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)
Job Role: Solar PV Installer / Technician
Location: Bijnor Road Sarojini Nagar
Deliver classroom and practical training for Solar PV Installer job role as per SSC / QP / NOS guidelines.
Conduct theory sessions on solar PV systems, components, safety norms, tools, and installation standards.
Solar panel installation
Wiring, earthing, inverter connection
Testing, commissioning, and maintenance
Ensure 100% compliance with DDU-GKY, NSDC, and SSC norms.
Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and daily lesson plans.
Prepare trainees for assessment and certification.
Support trainees in placement readiness, including employability skills where required.
Ensure proper usage and safety of tools, equipment, and lab infrastructure.
Coordinate with mobilization, placement, and assessment teams.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
