Manage overall store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of food items, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
Verify quantity and quality of materials received as per purchase orders and invoices.
Maintain accurate records of stock inward and outward entries.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials, dry goods, beverages, and cleaning supplies.
Implement FIFO (First In First Out) system for perishable and non-perishable items.
Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
Issue materials to kitchen and bar departments based on approved indents.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely utilization or disposal of near-expiry items.
Prevent wastage, pilferage, and stock damage through proper control measures.
Maintain cleanliness,



hygiene, and safety standards within the store area.
Coordinate with Chef, Restaurant Manager, and Accounts Department for stock reporting.
Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and computerized inventory records.
Prepare daily consumption reports and monthly inventory statements for Management review.

Experience: Food Industry
Must Know: Telugu, English, Hindi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
