JD: Lead I - Procurement

Job role: SCM
Job Description:
Overall responsibility over Purchase Orders from Creation to Delivery to the warehouse.
Opening purchase orders to suppliers in accordance with the purchasing requirements and the procurement plan.
Monitoring and following up with suppliers on PO confirmation and approval.
Monitoring and controlling the progress of the material arrival process, while solving problems with suppliers and buyers.
Communicating controls for changing delivery dates according to the needs of the company's purchasing buyers.




Producing procurement shortage reports and operating repeat purchase orders as a result of quality problems.
Escalating and raising flags for problems in the procurement delivery process.
Handling supplier invoice problems with the accounting department.
Collaborating with various groups in the organization: import/export, purchasing, planning, accounting, etc.
Working and dealing with various information systems, including SAP and Excel.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree
SAP MM expertise
High level of English (speaking, reading and writing)
2 year experience in a purchasing supply chain position
Knowledge of working with OFFICE systems (especially Excel)
Ability to work and deal with many information systems.
High service awareness, ability to conduct oneself independently, assertiveness and order and organizational skills are required
