Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate lesson plans
Maintain a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Evaluate student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
Encourage students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
Maintain effective communication with parents and school leadership

Eligibility Criteria
B.Ed or D.El.Ed / D.Ed qualification (mandatory):
Previous experience in teaching primary classes will be an advantage
Solid communication abilities and effective classroom management skills
Genuine passion for teaching and child-focused learning practices
