About the Role

We are a growing export-focused home décor and têxtile company working with international buyers on product development, sampling, and bulk production.

We are looking for a Textile Merchandising Executive who can independently manage buyer projects from sampling stage through dispatch, and later support post-order execution.

This is a hands-on role that sits between design, sourcing, production, and buyer communication.

If you enjoy building products from concept to shipment and are comfortable coordinating across multiple teams, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Sampling
Receive buyer selections and create structured sample plans:
Break designs into materials and processes (basic BOM understanding):
Coordinate with designers, sourcing, and production teams to develop samples:
Track sample quantities, timelines, and approvals:




Support sample costing and material planning:
Ensure samples are prepared, packed, and dispatched as per buyer requirements

Buyer Coordination & Logistics
Handle sample dispatch through courier partners (Blue Dart / DHL or similar)
Prepare shipment documents and share tracking with buyers
Follow up on buyer feedback and revisions

Merchandising & Post-Order Support
Prepare Proforma Invoices once orders are confirmed:
Coordinate hangtags, labels, and basic artwork inputs:
Support production follow-ups with internal teams and vendors:
Maintain basic project tracking and documentation

Required Skills & Experience
2 to 4 years experience in merchandising or product development ( home têxtiles):
Robust understanding of fabrics, trims, and basic production processes:
Prior exposure to sampling workflows and vendor coordination
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with courier booking and basic
