Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Job Purpose

The Client Servicing Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding client requirements, offering creative solutions, and ensuring seamless coordination from lead conversion to event execution. The role focuses on building solid client relationships, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring complete client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Client Onboarding
Attend and manage leads from all channels and venues
Make initial client calls and confirm client briefs
Plan and schedule first client meetings
Present company profile, portfolio, and service offerings
Understand client objectives, preferences, and budget expectations
Concept, Ideation & Presentation
Discuss in-house themes and current market trends with clients
Conduct research and develop creative concepts as per client needs
Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations
Stay updated with market trends, themes,



and design concepts
Costing, Quotation & Closure
Prepare quotations in coordination with the quotation team and HOD
Assist in finalizing budgets, themes, and scope of work
Follow up with clients post-quotation for closures
Source artists/vendors when required and share cost options
Project Handover & Execution Support
Hand over confirmed projects to the Project Head with detailed briefing
Ensure accurate communication of client expectations and vision
Remain involved during planning and execution stages
Track costing and ensure alignment with approved budgets
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and artists
Ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders
Process Compliance & Reporting
Follow company SOPs related to client servicing
