Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery, refunds, returns & services
Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain proper documentation of calls and customer interactions in the system
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service

Work Details

Shift Duration: 9 hours/day (including breaks)
