Job Purpose

The Media In-Charge will manage the school’s digital presence, photography, videography, and promotional content. The role also supports admissions, HR recruitment processes, and maintains engagement with school alumni to strengthen the school community and brand image.

Key Responsibilities Photography & Videography
Capture high-quality photographs and videos of school events, activities, and daily school life.
Maintain an organized digital archive of photos and videos.
Create short promotional and informational videos for school use.

Social Media & Digital Presence
Manage and regularly update school’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Create and publish posts, reels, stories, and banners related to:
School activities
Events
Achievements
Admissions
Ensure skilled, positive, and timely communication on all platforms.

Designing & Editing
Design posters, flyers, certificates, banners, and digital creatives.
Edit photos and videos using appropriate tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).




Prepare digital and print content for advertisements.

Advertisement & Promotions
Assist in planning and executing admission and branding campaigns.
Coordinate with printers, media agencies, and advertisers.
Maintain records of promotional activities and advertisements.

HR Support (Support Role)
Collect resumes from applicants (online and offline).
Coordinate interview schedules with management.
Support in identifying staffing needs.

Admissions
Prepare admission-related publicity material.
Assist the front office in enquiry follow-ups and campaigns.
Create videos and content specifically for admission promotion.

Alumni Management & Engagement
Maintain and update the alumni database.
Connect with alumni periodically through:
Phone calls
WhatsApp groups
Social media
Organize or support alumni meets and interaction sessions.
Share alumni achievements on school platform
