We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Plant Coordinators to manage daily operations at Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plants. You will act as the company’s on-site representative, ensuring that every batch of concrete meets quality standards, trucks move on time, and all records are properly maintained.

This role requires discipline, accuracy, and strong responsibility, as you will be responsible for maintaining smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Reach plant and check material stock levels:
Maintain batch records for every pour and grade
Take cube samples when QC Engineer is not present
Maintain Transit Mixer Departure & Return Logs:
Print and file batch slips as proof of every pour
Send WhatsApp updates to the Operations Manager every 2 hours:
Immediately report and stop batch in case of any deviation from mix design
Ensure timely dispatch of concrete trucks

Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI





OR
Minimum 2+ years experience in RMC or construction site work
Basic knowledge of concrete quality and batching preferred
Highly reliable and punctual (attendance is critical)
Comfortable using Smartphone & WhatsApp:
(Butibori / Kamptee / MIHAN area)

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of RMC plant operations:
Positive record-keeping ability
Ability to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail
