Role & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and explore current markets to expand business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest proactive strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and present insights to management.

Requirements:




Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably in FMCG / Feed / Agro Industry).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to challenges.
