Job Summary

Swanip Infracon Pvt. Ltd., a growing name in the construction and infrastructure sector, is seeking a motivated Account Intern to join our finance team in Nirman Nagar, Jaipur. This internship offers practical exposure to accounting processes, financial documentation, and project-related financial management, providing a solid foundation for a career in corporate finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
Support preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
Help monitor project budgets and expenses.
Assist with reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for vendor billing and payment tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounts department.

Qualifications & Skills




Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced construction and infrastructure setting.
