Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.:
Provide accurate information regarding products or services.:
Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.:
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.:
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.:
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.:
Basic computer knowledge.:
Ability to handle customer queries confidently.:
Should be versatile to work in different time slots.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
