Your role, your impact

Your day-to-day
Market analysis and talent intelligence:
Maintain ongoing monitoring of talent pools, evolving skills, and market practices;
Conduct market analyses and benchmarking by role, location, and segment (trends, skill availability, compensation levels).
Sourcing strategy and execution:
Propose and implement targeted sourcing strategies based on needs and market realities;
Execute these strategies using advanced techniques (Boolean search, AI, LinkedIn Recruiter,



databases, qualified networks).
Resume screening:
Review resumes and profiles based on defined criteria (skills, experience, level);
Submit qualified profiles to Talent Attraction Advisors for phone pre-screening.
Pipeline and ATS management:

Document sourcing activities in the ATS (ORC) and ensure data quality through to phone pre-screening.

Keys to your success
University degree in Human Resources, Management, Computer Science, or related discipline;
Solid command of advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, ATS);
Ability to analyze market data and recommend effective approaches;
Excellent organization and communication skills;
Comfortable working with international teams.

Extra edge
Experience in consulting or in an IT headhunting/search firm, notably as a researcher;
Knowledge of AI solutions applied to sourcing.
