Job Title: Cross-Border Truck Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator

Duties/Qualifications
Driver Management: Maintain regular contact with drivers to provide necessary instructions, track progress, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve clearance issues, including delays, load changes, and compliance requirements.
Experience: Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or freight brokerage preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with load boards and dispatch softwares such as Invoicing using ITSDISPATCH, and clearing loads using Borderconnect. Also needs to be aware of using custom broker paps and pars tracker websites.
Multitasking Ability:



Robust organizational skills to handle multiple shipments, schedules, and urgent requests simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and compliance handling.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and resolve unexpected issues effectively. You need to know how to deal with issues that arise concerning a load not clearing on time, calling custom brokers to explicit shipments, being on top of your game.
Border Crossing Knowledge: Understanding of cross-border trucking regulations and customs procedures is an asset. Understand which borders need to be inputted, therefore having a strong understanding of how the map works.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
