Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons as per the curriculum Teach grammar, literature, writing, and spoken English skills Assess and evaluate students’ performance through tests, assignments, and activities Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom setting Use creative teaching methods, including digital tools and activities Provide individual attention to students to improve learning outcomes Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials Participate in school meetings, events, and parent-teacher interactions Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or related field B.Ed. (preferred for school teaching positions) Strong command of spoken and written English Good classroom management skills Basic knowledge of computers and smart teaching tools Prior teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
