Key Responsibilities
Academic Delivery: Conduct engaging lectures for CMA US, ACCA Applied Skills papers (such as Cost Management, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Audit & Assurance, and Financial Management).
Curriculum Alignment: Simplify complex accounting standards and financial concepts to ensure students are exam-ready for both Indian and International boards.
Mentorship: Provide one-on-one guidance, track student progress, and conduct mock examinations with detailed feedback.
Content Development: Assist in refining study materials and creating practice modules tailored to the latest exam patterns.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Professional Certification: A Qualified CA or an ACCA Member/Affiliate not compulsory
Subject Expertise: Deep understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP, and Indian Accounting Standards.
Teaching Experience: Prior experience in coaching students for skilled finance exams is highly preferred,
if not you are versatile to learn.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical jargon in an accessible way.
Location: Must be willing to work in or relocate to Kashmir.
