An Automobile Sales Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote vehicles, generate sales leads, schedule showroom visits, and support the sales team in achieving targets. The role involves explaining vehicle features, pricing, finance options, and special offers over the phone.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of automobiles (cars/bikes).
Good negotiation and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to handle rejection and customer objections professionally
